The black guy calmly explains what happens to the cop and says his wife has the man in video pulling his weapon. The cop asks to view the video and they go back and forth from there.
They are at a dog park and the black guy is saying his wife can't walk over to him and the cop because she has a dog, but the cop wants to see the video.
Then it ends.
What's fukked up the white guy who is probably still armed (it's either on him or in his car) is just leaning on his car, the other cops walk away from him and he's just chilling. We already know if the roles were reversed not only would they have taken the gun, the would've cuffed or the black guy while they year the stories or at least keep 2 officers on him. They simply walked away from the white presumably armed man. He could've got in his car safely backed up and drove away or ran through the park away from the officers.
