put the pressure on the chief of police, DAs, mayors, etc. marching and protesting is not necessarily a bad thing as long as you use that momentum to galvanize people to actually vote in local elections, to donate to candidates who will pressure their bosses to act right. the only way to influence change is to threaten their grip on power. the president doesn't know your community. your local elected officials have way more power to cause immediate change in your community. it's up to the citizens to make elected officials work for them. learn how your local government works, who has what responsibilities and powers, how they get to be in that positions, what the incentives are, and come up with a pragmatic strategy to solve the issue. nothing wrong with praying but if you don't plan to do all that after your prayer than you might as well save your breath. stop hoping your enemy will suddenly realize they shouldn't do what they do. Force their hand by threatening their superior's careers and positions. the pressure will trickle down.
