That time of morning, I would expect to find folks sleep in their cars. Folks don't want to drink and drive or fall asleep while driving.

So no one approached the car thinking that these two could have been dead? It would be that or they must have fallen asleep at the wheel.

I feel asleep late one night while waiting for a slow train. Fell into a deep sleep. After a while, I hear this radio noise and banging, but still was knocked out. Finally, I opened my eyes and look up, several officers are looking at me like, ma'am we need you to wake up. Took them a good 10 -15 minutes to wake me up.

So, after a 45 minute stand off, we just start shooting at non moving targets.

I'm trying to see the cops angle here in regards to their justification. I'm assuming they received a call to a suspicious vehicle. They must have been to afraid to get up and close to the vehicle so they got on their speaker or shouted for the sleep couple to get out the car. Because they didn't get out the car or respond to orders cops considered this resistance and felt they had to pull up weapons. Or the couple perhaps woke up at some point during this stand off and were disoriented as most people would be waking up and perceived that as refusal. Either way it's all BS Deadly force is only used in the case of a deadly threat, not getting out of your car isn't a deadly threat and not sure how a sleep individual can brandish a gun

I see countless cases of how the police handle white ppl under the influence.They always manage non lethal means of arresting them.No matter how many sudden moves they make or rambunctious.
There was even a case of a white family fighting in a parking lot with a squad of LEOs.Grabbing their guns.No one killed.
They're just bloodthirsty for an excuse to use lethal force on black ppl.
