Iirc tasers were already used here, but I think they need to be stronger generally. Sure some people die from their use, but I'd bet more people die when tasers don't work and cops escalate the level of force.

they had plenty of space to maneuver around, they have no valid excuses for killing him. notice theres a wide view of both the cops and him and no one else around them because a double amputee can't keep up with most able bodied individuals. he wasn't a threat to anyone more than 10 feet away from him.If they're that scared of a double amputee they shouldn't be cops
