There are white people that are simply intelligent enough to see where racism is rooted and not want to be a part of that. Now those people are greatly outnumbered by the exact opposite but they do exist.

I'd much rather action from whites who feel race relations are unjust considering they are making the laws and running these organizations that target minorities, but I really don't get it.

I could see how it'd upset white people for other whites - race traitor, ****** lover, ect - to acknowledge and speak out or stray from the status quo.
But black people who want to complain about racism, and yet don't want the dominant society to speak on it are bizarre.

Well, it if means anything to anyone, the police department I worked in, we had the usual human sillouette targets, and then we also had life-size photo image targets. One had a white dude in a ski mask and a pistol and the other one was a middle-aged white woman with a pistol.
We didn't have face-only targets. The main reason is that when you are practicing, you aim for the torso, head or the nut zone. For more extreme target practice, we shot at bowling pins. That's much harder since it is a narrower target.

Unfortunately the people that speak on the unjust race relations in America are usually not in position to make such things happen on the level we'd wish they would. Anyone that's for the cause and is willing to speak out though, white or otherwise, I respect it.
