yeah the AG decided not to file charges based on their "expertise" and likelihood that it'll pass. the justice system is screwed anyways. they should have at least brought charges forward. nothing will change if you don't challenge them. but i feel them because there's just a host of other things you'll have to deal with if you do decide to bring it forward.
like i said, the justice system and it's processes are screwed. there's so many little things that happen within that we're not privy to that makes me believe even when you're pursuing the right course, the bureaucratic nature of our systems work against you
