Not bad...not bad...like 4 of them joints I never heard of...the others, I think the Prince is smokin them shyts my brudda. Can't Touch this, 2 Legit and Turn this mutha out might be Hammer's only 3 wins...and that depends on what Will decides to put them up against.

Would be a fun watch tho.

It confused me when I saw a fun dancing cartoon rapper turned into a Speedo-wearing gangsta. Haters

were mad that Hammer's wholesome crossover appeal afforded endorsement deals that was unheard of for

rappers. Instead of celebrating his clean platform the community mocked and erase him from Hip-Hop's

GOAT history. And don't forget how he put his whole hood on his multi-payroll, only for them to scatter when the funds depleted:lupe::wow::snoop::francis:

I've said it many times before the teenagers and young adults from my generation had a decision to make in 88-92. Every type of hip hop pretty much all existed at the same time, you had Party Rap, conscious rap, dancing rap, gangsta rap, "I'm the illest MC" rap. And MC Hammer was the biggest of them all. Hip Hop collectively started clowning him for basically just getting to the bag. Once it became cool to diss positive Rappers like Hammer, The Fresh Prince, Kid n Play, who were all getting different $$$ from movies cartoons and T.V. shows, the fans like me who was 12 in 1990, caught on and Gangsta rap was so damn good we collectively chose that path. By the time 93-94 came you had Run-DMC even trying to look ans sound more edgy and Hammer had turned into a Funky Head Hunting Gangsta. If we had chosen any of those other types of rap the label's would've followed but we chose the gangsta shyt and ppl like Hammer were virtually erased from the books. Even the Documentaries about hip hop rarely if ever mention MC Hammer and if they ever do he deserves a whole segment dedicated to just how huge he was back then.

That after work blunt done kicked in and can't stop typing...sorry about the wall of words up there.
