You just HAD to say LIG out of all albums tho? lol

oh ok...

Probably cause similar artists in a sense, and slightly similar album. And thought Life Is Good was very solid, so if this is better then shows how highly I rate it. Nas had some 1st rate all time classic songs on LIG like Daughters but a few tracks weren't as dope to me. This very consistent, it's pretty short too so no filler.

I don't feel like Mega is always in Nas' shadow at all. Especially if I think this album better than Nas last album. Don't get me wrong, Nas is in my top 4 and Mega in around top 15. But that's due to Nas' large body of quality work, creativity and diversity, Nas is a brilliant artist, I feel Mega also is in his own right just he has less work. 99 times I think of Mega I'm not thinking of Nas but they are obviously related, same as I don't see Pac or Big in either's shadow. Nas and Mega were in stage together performing in around 2005/6 ish.

Rise & More are possibly the best two tracks on the album. A lot of great tracks though.
