Yeah I dont know where the story about Lake extorting Mega came from. I remember Cormega sayin that Lake was gonna lose his deal if he aint step in and help him wit that album

People just assumed cause he was apparently doing or trying to do it with Prodigy that he would try with Mega, but that's cause they don't realize that just wouldn't happen. And yeah, Lake didn't have a sales history so Mega was trying to use his achievements to help Lake, but then Lake didn't handle the business correct so you can understand why Mega wasn't happy.
