LoL @ cats who believe ESPN knew nothing, they knew Rob was trash which is why they let him say the shock comments for BROADCAST RATINGS.... it was all a plan to throw Rob in the bushes.....

I have no real opinion on RG3. Maybe he's down, maybe he doesn't give a fukk, maybe it doesn't matter either way. Looking towards athletes in the modern era as a source of ethnic pride will nearly always leave blacks disappointed. This ain't the 70's...whites have pretty much killed that shyt, either through the carrot (Endorsement deals) or the stick (Fines, media scrutiny, loss of endorsements, etc).

But I find it shocking that for all the race baiting in sports journalism...THIS is the thing that people focus on.

It's just like that Gabby Douglas hair shyt....you see racism against blacks on twitter CONSTANTLY. Go type Serena Williams name in when she is playing in a big match. Timothy Bradley caught hell after the decision against Pacquiao. This shyt is often a full blown movement....but some nikkas start gettin' gossipy about a weave (or, lack thereof), and it's used as a weapon against our community.

fukk all this shyt.

Seattle We Run You Nyggas Ask Russel Wilson

What I meant to say is you will have white people questioning other people's blackness. :smh:. At one point or another we have seen white people reference Obama or someone of his stature not like the rest of black males or some type of unicorn negro because he isn't stereotypical(negatively).

Obama's blackness is questioned.

Tiger Woods blackness is questioned.

RG3's blackness is questioned.

Now ask yourself why?

How come Terrell Owens blackness isn't questioned?

Or Ai's?

Or Vick's?

How come we give honorary black passes to mothafukkas who engage in the most ignorant of activities. Slick dikk Willy became black when he got head from a fat white chick. Justin Bieber is now a real og cause he smokes blunts.:aicmon:

I'm just trolling breh :Manny::lolbron:

I am probly 1 of the few that like Rob Parker bein on the show. Dude was extremely knowledgeable in sports (especially with basebeall) Dude Is a baseball purist. He wasn't afraid to keep it real about black issues and he wasn't afraid to speak about racial issues. I hope ESPN re-hires him, but I doubt they will

If he'd called a player a "thug" or something best believe he'd still be there

Because even if we know what they mean by "thug" it's not as blatantly descriptive..

The part that got him fired is when he brought up "his white wife".... You can't do that shyt in 2012... It's pretty blatant racism honestly... :krs:

Just imagine if a cac made a statement about "His Black wife" following a pejorative about Steve Nash or Dirk...

It would be a wrap....

To be honest, the whole "down for the cause" thing is what sealed the deal for him getting fired. CACs think that's militant and you know they aren't going for that. :mjpls: Still don't give a fukk about him being fired though. His corny ass should've left RG3 alone. :pacspit: Getting emotional cause Robbie said he wanted to be the best QB and not the best black QB. :childplease::why:

Exactly.

And the thing is, RGIII is extremely educated on the treatment of black qbs PAST and present. You got clown ass niqqas like Vince Young who said "race plays no role in how I'm viewed" when questioned about Donovan's statements because Vince was getting love at the time. The second he fell off, all of a sudden he embraces it.

Here you have a QB in RGIII at his most beloved that didn't run away from race and how it DOES play a role in how he's viewed by some, and clowns like Rob Parker and those who agree with him still want to bash him.

:smh:
