Don't know if they eat it, themselves. I just know that they are not Muslim and will ask you what kind of bacon or sausage (pause) you want on your sammich. Menus even specify 'Pork roll/sausage/bacon, egg and cheese'.​

NJ. Used to hit-up spots in NYC delivering air cargo containers to Kennedy from a factory in the Ironbound in Newark with the same choices, just didn't know if the owners were Arab or not. The clerks behind the counter most def were, though.​
