but he didnt, so where is the lawsuit?

I don't understand your response. Are you trying to say that McConnell hasn't been trying to force liability protections into the next stimulus bill?

And the lawsuit I'm speaking of was referenced in the article.

The family of Isidro Fernandez, a worker at the plant who died of COVID-19, filed the lawsuit, alleging Tyson Foods downplayed the spread of the coronavirus among its workforce and incentivized employees to come in when they were sick.

"At least one worker at the facility vomited on the production line and management allowed him to continue working and return to work the next day," the complaint alleges.

They cancelled our extra day off cause they think people will be flying more. Meanwhile 10 more officers at my airport tested positive and the schools are closed and some folks have to stay home with their children. The lunacy across the board with this pandemic is criminal.

WTF?!?!?!?!

These people need prison. The place I got laid off from in March, I still got some homies that work in the factory, they tell me they don't even have a universal mask policy :heh:

This is in the progressive suburbs of Boulder/Denver

If McConnell had his way with the stimulus you wouldn't be able to sue over that.
