Yeah I have tenderness. I would say its like someone punched me good. Full movement, but tenderness moving the arm.

I wanted to workout but I'm gonna have to chill. It's manageable but enough for me to try and keep my arm at my side as much as I can.

i've been seeing comments on reddit for the past two months recommending that people should look up republican counties in their state and get appointments in those areas because theres always open slots.

There are a lot of open slots in NYC, not sure if this is also the case in other big cities around the country.
