Just flagrant disregard for their own well-being. If I was that reporter I wouldn't even want to go to that rally, I'd let somebody else cover that one...

I have seen flooding, but usually over a period of days. Never seen that much water fall in such a short space of time. If this is a small sample of what hit the rest of Europe, I understand why it got so bad.
