Vaccination rates have plummeted so bad that Canada surpassed us despite not having the vaccine readily available as early. The CDC has walked back their mask guidance, and states are implementing mask mandates again regardless of vaccination status.
That's an objective fail. You can't argue with that. Is it entirely Biden's fault? No, because the well was poisoned before he got there. But this administration still deserves blame because they declared victory way tf too early, knowing that the threat of another variant was out there and we weren't out of the woods yet, and knowing damn well that people weren't just gonna follow the honor system and only go maskless if they were fully vaccinated.

the people are that aren’t vaccinated now were not following a mask mandate in may.
This was always going to be the result once the vaccinations were rolled out. The vaccinated would live with no restriction and the unvaccinated would be at risk

Obviously not when several states and localities are already telling vaccinated people to put their masks back on. So, no, they are not back to living life like they did. Wtf.
