Went for a run yesterday and my mid back muscles all the way down to my calves started aching. Got home and I began to have body chills. Then the chills got worse. I was fukkin freezing in my place. J got in the bed with three covers and a heating pad. I woke up several times out short deep sleeps drenched in sweat. Woke up this morning with a slight headache. Check my temp almost 30 minutes ago and 100.3, 100.2, 100.1, 100.1, & 99.7.

Getting my COVID 19 test now.
