They're not, they are still working on the flawed idea that kids are less susceptible to the virus. Which is incredibly irresponsible since kids have not been allowed to cluster together since early March, so there is no real data to understand the virus' effect on kids. Now we're starting to see that they are not only carriers but are potentially "super" spreaders.
