Maryland is currently in 1C status, meaning anyone over 65. But PG County is on 1B status. My mom is over 65 and lives in PG County.

I sign her up for the vaccine at a PG county site, not knowing the distinction. Apparently, the website doesn't either as they let her sign up. SHe shows up and they say, "yeah, you can't get this vaccine as you are not in the right group." They don't tell her until she shows up. NO notification at all.
