It was bound to happen because those posts are public. And that case was noteworthy because that (obese) couple had 3 kids and they died within 2 weeks leaving the kids orphaned.
Some of those posts actually make me sad to be honest because it feels it's just pure ignorance fueled by echo chambers rather than actual malice. I cringe sometimes when on the last pics, you can tell they realized they were about to die
