Ma worked in corporate AmeriKKKa for 20 years and she was a super hero at her job. Handled multiple big money accounts and was killin the game for the company.

But that stress was getting to her I know it was crushing her soul

Got her caring more about work than her own health.

She got sick & had to get a surgery.

Doctor fukks up

She had to stay in & out the hospital for about 6 months. Would you believe those dirty two timin sKKKumbag fake ass cac bosses said they had to let her go because she wasn't "back in time"

They had to hire bout 8 people to make up for the work my mom was putting in and she gave 20 years to them only for em to flake out on 6 months.

But going through that made her change her perspective on the "get a good job" routine most nikkas get told in college. Now she's workin with my pops business and she's taking better care of herself

Now she's more militant than me. Every time I got a job she hit me with that

fukk KKKorporate AmeriKKKa when I get my degree ima build my own shyt I don't care how hard it get.

I'm honestly grateful I have mine. You ever been jobless and broke and almost living on the street? That's way worse than corporate America.

Life is difficult, might as well accept it. My job gives me financial independence, a nice place, and disposable income.

Ain't shyt free. If you can get into entrepreneurship, that's great. But there's a lot worse things out there than working for someone else.

But that comes with a huge paycut and a nikka got 4 kids and a wife. Real talk I want to work in the schools and coach FB but I'm not ready for that $30K paycut at all.

That's one of the hard parts about leaving
They pay you well so its easy to build your lifestyle around that salary
If you want to leave and take your soul back, it comes with a steep pay cut most of the time
