Corporate Taxes and the Tax System in General Discussion

I was having a discussion earlier when the topic of flat tax versus fair tax came up. Im vaguely familiar with both, and how they would affect the common man versus the 1% and corporate taxes etc. But i didnt know enough to contribute so i kept my mouth shut. Can you guys post links and arguments for both? I think this would be a very good thread to have in here.
