Wait a minute....can we get a roll call of nikkas who honestly believe Cosby ain't guilty, SIMPLY because he wasn't charged (and not because of other shyt, like lack of available evidence, the accusers coming out decades after the fact, Cosby being a preferred target for lying exes as a rich celebrity, etc.)?
I can't see how a reasonable person could use "he wasn't charged" as some kind of proof of innocence for anything.....
Well, by law, he is presumed innocent in the absence of any changes against him. Hell, he's technically presumed innocent until he's convicted.
My personal reason for not believing that he's guilty of rape is simply down to the fact that many of the witnesses are not credible. Moreover, some of the witnesses are repeat accusers. Furthermore, many of the witnesses are claiming that he raped them repeatedly over a 10-20 year period. From hearing their statements and utilizing common sense, the accusations just don't hold up when brought to light. Of course, more information can always come up.
What I don't get is why so many f*ckboi posters swear dude is a rapist. These would be the same people who would've condemned Emmitt Till.

The man has upwards of 15 rape allegations hanging over his head....when has a person of any race, color, or shape had this many accusations of such magnitude?

It's not about "defending" Cosby, it's about defending blacks against an imperfect criminal justice system and the fickle and delusional court of public opinion.
In Cosby's case, NOTHING has proven that he did in fact rape any of his accusers. Although some of y'all dislike (or straight-up hate) Cosby for his stances on black issues (i.e., the "Pound Cake" speech), he is still a black man that is apparently being unfairly targeted by dominant society and is becoming a victim of a hi-tech lynching. You have people, black and white, calling him a rapist when NOTHING has been substantiated. No charges have been filed and there have been no indictments, no trials and no verdicts. In the court of law (which, ultimately, is what really matters), he is innocent.
But keep being all in your feelings just because Cosby disagrees with you about black issues.

You have 13-15 of various ethnicities who never knew each other all saying he drugged and raped them.
If Cosby was so innocent. He would had issued a statement HIMSELF to deny all allegations. The fact that he is going through these legal girations is another indicator of his guilt.
Stop defending evil man. Its sickening
