I finally got them tinted. Just got 30% all around cause thats the legal percent here in Texas apparently...and I wanted all windows the same. Just the front window isnt tinted.

I noticed that there's like these lip things under my car. so I pretty much cant lower it much without those scraping.

You can get coilovers. They will set you back at least $1800 or more depending on which ones you get.
You can control how low each corner goes. And in your case, you may want a conservative drop to like 1" to 1.5" and the springs will match and the shock tubes of the coilovers usually are tighter than OEM for a sportier feel.

You should be able to lower around .5" to 1.5" without scraping.
