I enjoy nothing but the freshest seafood and farm raised food, the weather is moderate to warm most of the year, there’s crime but it’s poor on poor, and it’s a known fact Southern cities are known for their natural beauty, especially in my state.

To me, North East = NYC because outside of NYC it's basically the same as any other region.
I’ve got no family ties to the West so that wouldn’t even be a consideration for me
Statistics show, better educated, healthier and may live longer than in the southI vow to never raise my kids on the west coast.

The south is ass. The places in the south worth a damn have high costs of living too. Everywhere else is soul crushing boring. Good for poor people and those who don’t mind driving everywhere and eating at chain restaurants

I’ve actually lived in all of these places and have spoken in detail about each of them over the past however many years I’ve been up here that you can easily search, have you?
Of course LA and SD has better weather.
They also have way worst crime.

I will have a much greater chance getting killed living my lifestyle in SD/LA than I do where I am.

San Diego is literally one of the safest cities in the nation. And I believe, along with San Jose, the safest city with over a million people
