Y'all gonna have to draft LGBT friendly players for the locker room chemistry.
Anyway, the D needs to be strengthened primarily. It has been the wrench in the system for the majority of our L's
If the draft is going to be that important, as per my experience in the other type of football, you generally do not want to change the backroom staff. Reason being too many changes at once could lead to more instability with all the new faces
At the moment TC should only walk if he feels it is time, but if we draft properly in the areas of concern (the D, all areas), get Cruz, Beatty, Fells, Beason, etc. fit and healthy for a whole off/preseason, give JPP a full off and preseason and reassess him, reduce the injuries (maybe something to do with training) and get the rookies more experience then next season will be interesting. But we also got to remember other teams in the Div will be improving too, but we may just have the best base.
How you guys feel about the Giants base, who are the positives?
Whitlock? Flowers? Eli + OBJ combo obviously, DC + OC?
