Real talk tho, it'd be fukked up if Punk is seriously injured with Mania season round the corner. :to:

GOAT Rocky probably :to: knowing that he might have to work with lesser opponents instead.

WWE.com reported that C.M. Punk is currently undergoing knee surgery in Pensacola, FL.
Punk flew to Florida after Raw last night in Greensboro to be examined by Dr. James Andrews for a knee injury that dates back at least a few weeks. After the examination, the decision was made for immediate surgery.

We'll update more if we get details as to the exact injury and severity of the surgery.

Not a work even though we didn't think it was :manny:

Looks like he first hurt it here: Sorry for the shytty quality.

Punk & Cena put Ryback through announce table Survivor Series 2012! - YouTube

Yeah, I remember being pretty worried after seeing that.

But for the people blaming Ryback, I will say this: This might not be directly his fault, but if he doesn't reign himself in, he WILL hurt somebody. In that last segment, he hit Punk so damn hard with that ladder that I was almost sure that he had hurt his ribs. Then that damn chairshot.

The guy just needs to stop.

Is it one of those 6 weeks type of things or if it's serious, they could fluff shyt around a 6 week deal. But then again...the title does have to get defended at TLC. Sounds like a irritating deal if it's not a quick recovery deal.

If it's serious: Vacate the title, do a 1992 Rumble and make whoever wins it the champ; when he comes back he'll be ready made for a feud with (most likely) Rock on the "I never lost the title, I gave it up, I'm still the rightful champion" ish :obama:

Triple threat wrestlemania. Punk, Rock, Cena. :gladbron:

Anything significant really fukks up anything they've had planned for the next several months.

If it's something that doesn't require a long recovery, they should run an angle where he extends his streak sitting at home doing nothing.

A pity really. He really wanted to outdo Cena in a Rock led environment as he has said plenty of times in interviews. Rock vs Brock II...let's go:smugfavre:

With the way Vince has been trolling last second changes to PPV Main Event's as of late, this shouldn't be a problem to work around. Hell No/Ryback vs The Shield in a TLC match?
