slacking/lack of interest/never wanted to be an engineer

find something youre actually interested in. You clearly dont want to go into the medical field either, asking a bunch of strangers on the internet doesn't qualify as "interest."

you may have to end up accepting that the things you like to do are not going to be making you 6 figures a year right when you get out of school(which is a bullshyt mentality that a lot of college students buy into.). so dont worry, youre still young, fallow your dreams because if you don't you are going to regret it later when you are too old to do anything about it.

You should probably just do Rotc breh. Pay for college and you'll become an officer. :yeshrug: look at air force. Your GPA sucks and you have no idea what you want to do or how you are going to pay for it. Let someone else make that decision for you. :skip:

No. They will all questions a low GPA.
If someone has a 2.0 GPA, the schools are going to ask him or her about it. Their answer can be anything from "I partied hard", "I went through some difficult family situations", "I'm a functional retard".. whatever. It's not an easy question to blow off. Why, because you are competing with a ton of other applicants. Usually, they will put your application here if the GPA is way too low... :trash:

oh, u are talking about medical school or grad school. nevermind, they will care about GPA for your undergrad if ur trying to get in.

The best thing to do is to find out what you really want to do. If you don't enjoy what you're doing then you're not going to do your best at it. Find something you like and try to get the most money from that.

You probably would have to go down to the Virgin Islands, then transfer the credits back. More doctors than you expect have done this.

Research the field, the competitiveness, job availability ,experience needed etc. and see if GPA is relevant in their hiring process. You still got time to boost that GPA up.

You are not getting into any medical school here with those grades breh. sorry.

Those Cs are hard to get rid of, even if you ace it the rest of the way.

You will not even make it past the initial cutoffs with that.

If you have the passion and patience, u might have to go oversees, pass their medical school, come back and ace the test.

yeah basically you'd have to go to a carribean school, and that might even tough to get into, unless u show drastic improvement. But just getting into medical school wouldnt be enough. Anesthesiology is one of the more competitive fields to get into. You'd have to get a damn near 300 on your step 1 and and have a 4.5 gpa for your app to get a look from those programs. It def wont be easy but its not impossible.

Serious advice to the OP and I sincerely mean this:

The best thing you can do is major in some easy bullshyt like Poli-sci, communications, etc, pwn the shyt out of your classes and then gun for law school, provided you get an LSAT >165 and get into a T14, or just drop out and go to vocational school, because you haven't a chance in hell to get into medical school with that low a GPA.

You're obviously not cut out for engineering and it's probably safe to say you aren't cut out for any sciences or mathematically rigorous majors either.
