Why would Indy help Cleveland?

The Cavs can not offer the best package for PG

Paul George doesn't strike me as the type to want to go to Cleveland to play 2nd/3rd fiddle to LeBron and Kyrie.

From the comments he made about wanting the last shot at the end of games to getting sick of losing to LeBron I think he'd rather be the main guy and have his own team that tag along with LeBron.
we thought the same thing about durant

If I'm the pacers, Paul george is going for no less than a 3rd pick, if that is not starting the conversation the other team can :camby:

I don't see why the pacers do this.

the pacers are at PGs mercy. He can tell them he won't sign long term with any team except the cavs, so they either lose him in free agency for nothing or get back lebrons poo poo platter and future first round picks for him.

PG x MD
2017/18 Cavaliers:

Kemba Walker
DeMar DeRozan
LeBron James
Kevin Love
DeAndre Jordan

More All-Stars than GS. Most stacked team in NBA history. 80 wins minimum. 8 titles minimum. No excuses. :troll:
Golden States would run circles around that team. You ain't beating them without at least two nikkas that can shoot the three at a 40%+ clip. And you'd need a 3rd that can shoot 35%+

PG has literally said he will be in LA, pacers can get Love to pair with miles turner or lose him for nothing.

You'd rather have him run west than further stack your division rivals. Plus if they put him on the trade market they can EASILY get a better deal, especially during the draft.

That was the point. I purposefully picked the worst All-Stars out of the bunch (sans Love), just to counter his claim of the Warriors having four All-Stars.

i dont think so, teams not giving up picks for a 1 year rental of PG.

Cavs would do it because them nikkas chasing rings and if they win they can convince him to stay.
