nah i disagree, they dont want to play as foreigners but if the protag is an american traveling to xxxx, might be iight.

Rockstar would not take a risk trying to differentiate the console GTA brand.

That means no Tokyo, no Brazil, UK, no 20's-60's

They'll make a whole new IP set in those places before they'd base it on a new GTA

i figured the lack of cars would probably be the main reason why they wouldn't do it and the lack of modern music. mostly i would like to see them go to another country, it wont even be that different of they make it anytime in the last 20 years. having an american travel to Brazil or somewhere would be a great way to keep the humour like dude was saying, have a gang of jokes about him not understanding cultural things and shyt like that.
