The flaw in your post misses the fact that women should'nt even be in those situations. What are they doing and where are they going where they gotta constantly deal with domestic violence, sexual abuse, and harassment? This sounds like something that goes on in their own household, maybe they should choose more carefully on who they let in their house? They can't expect men to be mind readers and know what does on behind closed doors. I mentioned it before, but there was a good Samaritan that was trying to stop a domestic assault and he ended getting shot and dying.

I guess we need some type of Boys n Girls club for broken men and women, because shyt is really ridiculous
