Straight down the board the top players in 2009 were better than the top players in 2017. The only difference was back then only the Celtics teamed up to form a superteam and all those guys were old. They weren't in their primes like the Warriors.

It's like when they hopped on the KD train 5-6 years back without even noticing that he racked up as many MVP awards, twice as many scoring titles as Kobe and led the league in points scored another season while playing half as many seasons :mjgrin:
