Used this routine to become the heavyweight champ at 20 years old. 7 days a week
5am - Wake up & 3 mile jog
6am - Shower and back to sleep
10am - Wake up & breakfast (oatmeal)
12pm - 10 rounds of ring work (sparring)
2pm - Lunch (steak & pasta)
3pm - More ring work + 60 minutes on the bike
5pm - 2000 sit-ups, 500-800 dips, 500 press-ups, 500 shrugs, 10 minutes of neck exercises
7pm - Dinner (steak & pasta)
8pm - 30 minutes on bike, TV then bed

Thats hardcore, if I didn't work I'd give it a shot. 2k situps wouldn't happen though. I don't have enough patience to count to 2000 let alone do that many situps

...
