Roman Reigns vs. Rusev for the WWE United States Title has been added to the January 24th WWE Supershow from the IZOD Center in New Jersey, the night before the Royal Rumble. Also advertised is Kane vs. Randy Orton, Dean Ambrose vs. Bray Wyatt and Seth Rollins vs. John Cena in a steel cage match.

I know they test programs on house shows so I'm praying this leads to a Reigns/Rusev program and a lengthy Roman US champ run. Maybe having a superstar that you're firmly behind and pushing as a main eventer hold the US title can give it credibility.

IWC is going to bytch and complain no matter what Roman does.

I think the U.S. Championship is a good start for him before he gets to the "big one." Let him marinate in the midcard for awhile with a midcard championship. Who knows, as much as you guys say Roman is being "superman pushed" he might elevate a midcard championship and make it a big deal. He will go over BIG TIME if he crush Rusev's boring ass.

A reign with the U.S. Championship didn't slow down nor hurt Dean Ambrose at all.

Well he's never gotten revenge on Seth so there's that
