The KD and LeBron comparison never worked for me. LeBron impacts the game on many levels whereas KD is basically a scorer.
Put King James on the worst teams in the league they're a lock for the playoffs. (Philly, I dunno) Can you say that about any other player right now? Love him or hate him, he's the true definition of Most Valuable Player.
A fairer comparison would be Melo and KD.

To be fair to Durant he's basically four years younger, and LeBron has pretty much always had the better supporting cast. Nobody can say he hasn't matched been able to match LeBron's production when they go H2H -
