Without study prep might be tough. It's been damn near 20 years at this point.

I think most brehs are capable of acing it, but not cold without some study time....maybe for brehs that JUST got out of school.

STEM majors might struggle because they've done so much higher level math (discrete math, multi-variable Calculus etc), that it would take some refreshing to remember the lower Alg 2 stuff.

I wanted to say yes, but then I looked at the first question and realized I don't even remember if exponents are where you multiply a number by itself x amount of times, or if it's an addition thing. So uh, no.

Nah, most of this stuff is still necessary and foundational in higher levels of math
