The average american man is 5'9" 197lbs with a 40 INCH WAIST. Most pro boxers are going to put the paws on you. It's not a matter of it, but when. Anything from minimumweight to featherweight is going to piece you up. Anyone lightweight to super welter is putting you to sleep. Anything above middle is liable to put you in the hospital. But this is the coli where everyone is 6'2" 225, 8%bf, runs a 6 minute mile and benches 315 for reps, so of course none of this applies to ya'll.
