I had a friend that I was close with that was married and had kids and everything. People thought we were messing around but I never looked at her like that. I had other women in mind and she was kind of just like an extra sister at that point. So it's possible but I know alot of men don't have that same mindset or level of restraint.

Nah. The only male figure your wife/girl should be allowed to have consistent communication with, must be blood relatives. Under no circumstance should your women be bonding with any male figure except you.

Women who try to shame you for this , should be immediately discarded off. Trust me. It is to your benefit to hold this view point.
