I would think I could, a lot would be discipline and meditation. Could I read with a light? I don't think it would "easy" in most senses of the word though, a lot of your thoughts would have to be, that this isn't permanent.

These dudes is weaksauce...:mjlol:

Give me my laptop and some games to play....:russ:

I love the dark...:demonic:
uh, no...that's exactly why this experiment is so hard. you are alone in pitch black darkness 30 days straight. there is nothing to do except sleep and hold conversations with yourself. fukk no i wouldn't do this

This is worse than the wilderness threads. At least in the wilderness there'd be light and sound. But to be in a small ass room in complete darkness for 30 days with just the essentials and your hallucinations to keep you entertained is another thing entirely. Pass.

This.........

You are in a completely dark room with no cell phone, computer, or anything else that would help you pass the time. Just a bed, toilet, and fridge. I'm thinking most would bail after a week.

a more critical analysis..... if youve ever been in the wilderness for 3-4 days or more, you do kinda lose your shyt when it finally sets in that you cant get the creature comforts your use to. i've never gone stark raving mad though, more like, im upset that i cant get something that i want to eat immediately, i cant watch what i want to watch immediately etc
i mean it does kind of fukk with you..30 days of that...shiet it might be kind of hard.

i mean it is a big hump but im pretty sure if i centered myself i could complete it and get over it :manny:

being lost in the wilderness not knowing if you'll ever make it home is a lot different than staying ina a dark room for 30 days with food and water, knowing that you'll get 100 racks the next month

I’m pretty sure there’s health, specifically neurological reasons why this wouldn’t be possible for most without keeping your sanity since your brain chemistry would be altered in some form or fashion. Also pretty sure there was experiments done with similar conditions that verified this...

I’d give it a shot but as soon as I start tweakin too hard I’m out...

All I do is sleep anyways...:manny: I probably could pull this off...:ld:
wouldn't be shyt to do to mentally or physically exhaust you enough to sleep away 30 days, by day 4 or 5 you'll likely have a sleep surplus. the lack of light will also affect your ability to sleep, and quality of sleep...but keep thinking it's a simple task
