The programs such as USC, Notre Dame, Michigan, Ohio State, Texas, Oklahoma, Alabama and Nebraska are the programs that most would agree with being in there. Tier one are texas osu oklahoma NE and usc

Tier two are tn penn state lsu auburn florida fsu

Tier three are likes of miami washington ucla georgia michigan st

I wasn't going against Tennessee. Just surprised that anyone mentions them as a blue blood status. On rivals, this conversation is routinely brought up and the programs I mentioned earlier is consistently mentioned.
