White women have the widest hips (outside of South African sistas) so from that perspective....it's "correct."
However, booty size and hip size are very different things. A lot of sistas have average hips but a thick booty. It's like measuring shoe size by how wide your foot is from big toe to pinky toe....no one cares....they wanna know the size from toe to heel. Same idea with hip versus booty measurement.
