for sure it does, lots of people were dying of flu like symptoms in February, March and April before testing was available in abundance.

So what was the original plan before Trump became president. In Canada they put a plan in place for the next pandemic after SARS covid 1 and you know what. Lockdowns and restrictions were never a part of it.
