Greater Boston Metro Area is around 25% black out of 4M people so that’s a large number
Throughout the nation black and Latino neighborhoods getting hit hardest. I already checked by zip code in Buffalo and NYC two cities I’m familiar with.
In Chicago 70% of the deaths are black folk.
The City of Boston is about 25% Black. Metro boston is only about 8%.
I’m curious how this would play out
I’m assuming herd immunity means more infections right? So more hospitalizations would happen. With things continuing on like normal there would be the usual number of ER trauma accidents as well. How would hospitals handle this? Many are already near breaking point with the quarantine in place. Or is the herd immunity strategy to just to accept that this would happen and let things play out?

States aren’t in charge of FEMA, or declaring state of emergency’s, getting classified information from the Intel community, or have the massive federal resources to prevent stuff like this from even happening..
