Because everyone cashed out during the market fall. Millionaires and billionaires got the jump on everyone. Soon as it hit 18k they jumped back in, now they're doubling and tripling their money. It shows the difference between wealthy and rich/middle class/poor. 16m people filing for unemployment in 3 weeks, corporate heads get billions and play the market again. Government basically gave them checks to throw into the market while normal people suffer and wait on those crumbs. The wealthy are making a killing right now.

I swear if I dont get a test tomorrow in front of a hospital until they see my black azz

Uhhhhh......What exactly did Obama do? From what I read in those 2 tweets, it seems like he just gave emotional support.

But even that kind of gesture, from the single most popular world leader in the modern era, is a huge boost to the morale of governors who are under tremendous pressure and receiving little support from Trump.
