I've mostly been eating the same meals every day.
Breakfast: 2 whole eggs and an egg white, single serving of turkey sausage, cup of broccoli steamed
Lunch: 8oz of grilled chicken, 1 serving of tarot tots, cup of broccoli steamed
Dinner: 4 pieces of Ezekiel bread with 98% lean turkey breast and 2 more servings of tots
Snack: 1-2 apples
I drink water and protein shakes with ON Whey and water. Typical calories are under 2500 a day. I been buying in bulk from Sams Club and Aldi now. Also take a multi-vitamin every day. I'm actually losing a bit of weight even though I never exercise anymore and haven't since March 14th. Many of my co-workers are gaining weight. I'm gonna next cut down on the potatoes and move to more veggies.
