It’s nit about opening too quickly (I mean that was an issue) but it’s more about them not mandating people wear masks indoors and allowing certain businesses to open without social distancing measures. How are clubs open? Bars? Outdoor jams with people elbow to elbow? That shyt is reckless. But then you see the admin on tv doing the same thing. Government officials simply not taking this shyt seriously. It is a fact that masks reduce spread significantly.
