You’re far more prone indoors than outside. Plausible places that are hot as fukk surge because more folks are indoors instead of outside in the 100 degree heat and humidity. Spreads way easier inside. Didn’t surge in the spring when people were outside more and packing beaches. Vice versa for the northeast. Folks holed up all winter and cases boomed.
