What’s scary we haven’t even seen covid in winter yet

I'm pretty sure the whole heat slowing down the transmission was disproven. The problem with the winter is the seasonal flu will be circulating at the same time as COVID which will be a double whammy especially for elderly people.
Corinth (MS) School District opened schools last Monday and now one of the high school students has tested positive already.
It’s estimated to have a modest impact on transmission. So I would think if this past few months was during fall/winter we would’ve seen the same result but slightly worse and that’s not even factoring in the flu as you mentioned
