It's harder to get an apt if you're evicted. Plus you have to pay more initially (1st & last rent plus a deposit) people cant afford that if they just got evicted. Its gonna be trying times in the winter.

I don't disagree but this is a bad plan. Because in interim resentment will build up as more people get evicted and start to literally wonder where their next meal will come from. Will a last ditch deal be enough to overcome that? Or during that time will the resentment towards the administration become so great that it will have little effect.
