Serious question, why can't we just pause the economy with a relief given to all that is struggling during the pause?
I figured wouldn't a pause mean on resumption that you will be back in the same place you were when the pause began?
Why can't every single bill a person has to pay be paused for a while? Why can't the banks just pause for a while collecting mortgage payments until this is under control?
