I dont understand some of yall going on and on about how the anti vaxx crowd has ruined everything. Didnt the delta variant originate in India? Arent the vaccines predominatley only available in first world countries?

If the vaccines arent even available to billions of people yet, then of course mutations will occur in those areas and eventually make their way to the US, etc?

and all i see is conflicting evidence on whether or not the vaccines protect against the delta variant. One day you will see replrts that it does, the next day suddenly its the opposite.

at least thats the way i understand it, tell me if im wrong or misunderstanding

crazy how nobody comes at the CDC dropping the ball on tracking breakthru cases and allowing this patchwork flow of information from the states. while other countries stayed testing.

we not even close to testing enough people to adequately get a good idea at Deltas spread
blame your gov't.

Wait so because I'm vaccinated I could not only still get the disease but get it even worse? Is that what's being said?

Are you dumb?

this is now a pandemic of the unvaccinated

Tell that to Jesse Jackson

Mike Vrabel

This random lady who someone on my TL retweeted today

and those are just 3 off the top of my head that I’ve heard about just today.

Ppl thinking a shot magically was going to dead this and going on about normal life like everything is OK (and it’s not their fault - they were told to do so) is as big a reason as any why this isn’t over.

Ok you’re the dummy that just goes off headlines. The cases you referenced are the blue dots

Breaking Through
For every 100 Covid cases in the U.S., only about 2 are in fully vaccinated people

Everyday I'm finding more and more reasons to not take that bullshyt vaccine.

"Take the shot and trust science!!!!:damn:"
"The news said 99.9% of the people who's in the hospital are the non vaccinated"

At this point, all of this shyt is funny. Seeing these clowns rambling and scrambling them bullshyt statistic numbers and wishing death on those who don't comply with or even questioned being experimental drug monkeys for the government like them. And when I say monkeys, I'm not using that as a racial slur. I really get a good laugh from this shyt, because those pro vax clowns are really scared. They can't go a day without being worried about someone not getting vaccinated like them. From this stand point, I honestly think that most of these fools on here are either cacs, c00ns, agents or all three. Never knew a group of people that are so happy and willing to push (they are really trying to force it though) this shyt with so much abundance. They don't care about the people who dying from the shyt, they just want people to run out and take it without any hesitation. They be saying that the vaccine protects them, but if that's truly the case, why they so obsessed with the non vaccinated folks? :heh:

you sure you’re not the dummy who only reads headlines? :usure:

Maybe you should read the study that chart is based on.

It includes only 24 states reporting breakthrough cases, and in their own words only "fifteen of these states regularly update these data, often on a weekly basis. The rest use a different frequency, have one-time reports, have stopped updating, or have an unclear reporting frequency" AND it includes cases going back to January when a big portion of the country was unvaccinated

Massachussets is one of the states on there, but they only reported once and the data includes nothing after May 25. But Mass just reported that giant COVID outbreak with the majority of people being vaccinated.

It’s obviously better to be vaccinated than not. No one is denying that. But the point is that vax alone is not enough to stop the spread of covid. That is obvious by now. Articles like this don’t accurately reflect the state of things right now.

Cases don’t mean squat. Same article says 97% of severe cases are unvaccinated, which is the point of the vaccine for the umpteenth time. It should not be news that a group of folks got a cold, which is what anyone under 60 and vaccinated gets barring a microscopic percentage of folks when they get covid

we are vaccinated against the original virus, variants are different.

variants will continue to form as long as people keep spreading this shyt.

i'm not sure what's difficult to understand about this. did people think the vaccine literally turned people into an unkillable god or something?
They should watch Loki to understand what variants mean
